PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

A little preparation goes a long way. Taking a few minutes to prepare your vehicle before your appointment helps us deliver the best possible results and allows us to spend more time cleaning rather than organizing.

1. Personal Belongings

Please remove any personal belongings from areas you would like cleaned, including floorboards, seats, door pockets, center consoles, cargo areas, and trunks. Clean Auto Detailers is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

2. Child Safety Seats

Please remove any child safety seats or booster seats prior to your appointment if you would like the areas beneath and around them cleaned. For liability reasons, Clean Auto Detailers does not remove or reinstall child safety seats.

3. Excessive Trash & Vehicle Contents

Vehicles containing excessive trash, debris, personal property, paperwork, shopping bags, tools, sports equipment, or other loose contents may be subject to additional charges. Our services are priced based on cleaning the vehicle, not removing and organizing large amounts of personal property.

4. Trunk & Cargo Areas

If you would like the trunk, cargo area, or under-storage compartments cleaned, they must be emptied before your appointment. Areas containing personal belongings may receive limited cleaning or be excluded from service.

5. Vehicle Readiness

Please ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled appointment time in accordance with our Booking, Deposit & Appointment Policy.

6. Pets

For the safety of your pets and our staff, pets must be secured indoors or otherwise restrained during the service.

7. Valuables

Please remove cash, firearms, prescription medications, jewelry, and other valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

8. Service Limitations

Areas that contain personal belongings, excessive clutter, excessive trash, or items that cannot be safely moved may receive limited cleaning or be excluded from service until they have been cleared.
